Pathetic service from cell c

My E6 went for repairs 24/09/2013. Was told I'll get a call before they repair it to inform me of the charges if there are any or if it will be repaired under warranty. Received no call. On 23/10/2013 I received a call, my phone is ready & fixed. I went the evening & the Consultant brings a different handset, a lumia 620.I said it's not my cell & she asked if I'm sure! No employee in store including the SUPERVISOR knew how to put it in the sim and could not even tell me about the features of the cell. They said I should look on the internet-gsmarena in store-pathetic. I received no courtesy call or any communication that I will be given/offered a new cell. I was told by the consultant that it's probably because the E6 is discontinued so they gave me a phone to the similar value-is it ok for an employee to assume & the client must just be satisfied? I asked if it has to be a nokia then they said they go according to the value-from the store SUPERVISOR as well. The employees have a don't care attitude! The supervisor had the nerve to say most people are happy they got a new phone. I'm extremely frustrated & unhappy with the service. I do not want the lumia & would like a different handset
