Upgrade time again

So it's two years since my last complaint with this company and like magic I am doing my upgrade and noe I have issues again. The counter on my telephone reads at 38 minutes at the moment that I have been speaking and holding with an advisor because as per his information because I did an upgrade to a data contract I will be stuck without data until 12 November. I upgraded at the Maynard Mall branch with a lady by the name of Barbara and I specifically asked if I would get pro-rata data and was told yes and that my full allowance would be available to me on the 11th. What is really frustrating is that when I request for them to contact the branch to confirm this, they dont have a number that works and I am now being told to go back to the store. Seriously considering returning your goods and cancelling this 12 year old contract!!!
