Im soo disappointed in the service provided by Vodacom online. I ordered a cellphone on the 04/10/2013 and i still havent received it and im thinking of cancelling my contract with Vodacom because of the service provided. Roderique called me on the 14/10/2013 and sent me this email: Dear Unathi Hokwana
As per our discussion, I have requested that a re-order be completed on your upgrade.
This was sent to our Upgrades Department and feedback will be provided as soon as this has been completed.

I still havent received no response from him or anyone else from Voda. when i called they told me Jenel Naidoo is dealing with this and she has ordered the phone since monday the 21st. I thought by ordering this over the phone will make my life easier, but no it has not. Please call me when you know what to do if you dont have an outcome dont bother. if i dont have this phone by TOMORROW im cancelling my contract with your company.
