Three issues unresolved:
1. Late delivery of device
2. Incompetent people sending the wrong sim card
3. Inconvenience of not having a device for approx 3 weeks now
4. After receiving device from Vodaworld, it is still not working
5. numerous tweets and no-one from Vodacom comes back to me. They keep saying that they are trying to get hold of me. They cannot call me on that number because the device is not working. I cannot use the device. I have given my alternate contact details.
6. Worst case of client service ever!!!
7. It is a brand new device that I am incapable of using because of Vodacom incompetence
8. I always have to be inconvenienced.
9. I tried calling and was pushed from pillar to post!!!
10. They keep me on hold for 10mins at a time, trying to find a "supervisor" if they even exist
WHAT IS GOING ON AT VODACOM??? I recently upgraded with a new device that hasnt worked properly since I got it becuse of VODACOM. Does no-one care? This is pathetic!!! Even ranting and raving on twitter doesnt help anymore.
