I am a customer of MTN, I have paid up my contract bill up to date, But they have cut my line off, I went to the store to see as to what's the problem.

I did a payment on the 23:09:2013 I do have a receipt.
i have done a payment on the 10:10:2013 i do not have a receipt but a bank statement showing payment to MTN.

i have called a lot of people from MTN but i have got no feed back from any one promises have been made but now my line is cut.

this is very poor service from you guys.
