Worst service ever and just keep on paying

I have a Telkom line installed at my house, in my line of work i do get transferred, so 5 months ago I request a moving of my line, no response I relocate, and get no statement, in June 2013 I received a sms on the 19th, saying I am behind? so I pay R967.60 at 10:48 this is for 2 months, I phone on the 19th, ask what is happening, o payment not reflecting, I fax proof of payment I get told that I will be contacted and that it will be sorted out, waiting patiently like an no one phones me, then on the 26th August in the morning I go on line and do another request to please move my line, and I still have no statement, I get an sms to Pay R1086.29, I pay this at 09:58, phone then get transferred a total of 9 times gave the receipt no, I get told the payment will reflect and I will receive a sms when my line will be installed, great well no sms just one this morning saying Pay R1501.90 for what I do not know because I do not even have a phone line in my house as they never installed it, i need this to be fixed today and I will not pay another cent until I have been connected and I do not want stories or any other rubbish, as I have done what needed to be done but Telkom not.
