I have been charged an amount of R426 pm for over a year for a laptop I never received!
After trying to sort it out unsuccessfully with 2 staff members, I finally approached the store manager who agreed over R4000 was due to me and promised to attend to it. In the roughly 3 months I have been dealing with him, he has seldom been available, reneged on promises to call back / furnish me with proof that he requested the refund, and basically left me hanging.

Due to the inability of the store to process the refund, I was told that I was unable to convert another contract due to expire as I OWED MTN R1300, and that I would be billed on a month to month basis for that contract. I object to this, I have no need of the contract as I converted to Cell C, and refuse to pay a blue bean. MTN had the gall to debit the so called "outstanding" R1300 from my account at the end of Sept., an unbudgeted for amount. (The R1300 was for the last 3 debit orders for the laptop contract which I'd asked Std bank to reverse). I was charged R115 for the unpaid d/o, which I expect MTN to pay back. I also expect interest to be paid on the credit due to me. I have lost faith in MTN and will take this further.
