TOTALLY DISGUSTED - MTN IS TAKING ME FOR A RIDE

I took out a MTN contract 500 business plan - open package on the 22nd feb,
My account got deducted, and I was fine with the way I was billed.
When Aprils Bill arrived, I 'clocked' in at R 1100 and something rand including VAT
When Mays Amount got debited - I owed MTN R1300 and something including VAT...

Now bearing in mind, during April and May, I decided to block myself from phoning out for a week of each of these months. When My account got debited With over R1300, I decided to investigate what the was going on.

From going in and out of MTN branches, I finally gave up, and went to the Head office in 14th Avenue.
MTN is still busy investigating my Account.

But the results so far is as follows:
They over charged me by R 374.11 INCLUDING VAT
THEY THEN DECIDED TO NOT GIVE ME MY 500 MINUTES AND 50 TEXT MESSAGES, THAT ARE INCLUDED IN MY DEAL - THAT I PAY EVERY MONTH FOR...

I am still awaiting feed back for the other 2 months... BUT REALLY NOW...

MTN HAS BASICALLY BEEN FROM ME...
WHEN YOU DON'T PAY YOUR ACCOUNT, MTN WOULD MOST LIKELY BLOCK YOU FROM USING THE PHONE...

IN MY CASE - WHAT CAN I DO?
IF THEY DOING THIS TO ME, THEY DOING THE SAME TO OTHERS
