Billed R1300 for a cell phone number I don't know

Hello Olinka,

You never responded to my email of a few days ago. I need you to please refund the full amount that was incorrectly billed.

There have been a string of unfortunate incidents with the opening of my account through your store. Starting with the initial paperwork issues and being handed a phone (having all my info transferred to the new phone by yourselves) and not being connected for over a week. Then when I called you to inquire I was told that another random number had been allocated to me and could not be activated for some reason or another and you knew nothing of the sim swap I requested. That was finally corrected by Morne several days later. Then I was billed twice last month - one debit order going off my account for a completely unknown number and now the refund is for less than the debit order.

I have been messed around continuously.

I have still not received the refund you wrote to me about on 20 Sept for the R1, 139.68. I need this and the difference refunded. I don't mind if you bring me cash or do this by EFT.

It is so unprofessional for the unauthorised debit order to have come off in the first place. Please sort this out.
