I SUBMITTED ALL MY DOCUMENTATION 22/10/2013 - 11.00 AM TO MTN TO APPLY FOR AN CELL PHONE CONTRACT. I HAVE TO ASK THEM VERY KINDLY OVER AND OVER AND OVER CAN YOU PLEASE GIVE ME AN ANSWER IF I MAY PLEASE HAVE AN CELLPHONE CONTRACT. TODAY IS 23/10/2013 - 16:48 PM. I TRIED TO CONTACT THE PEOPLE AT MTN AND THERE IS NO ANSWER OR VOICE MAIL. A CONTACT HEAD OFFICE THEY JUST PUT ME THRU TO DIFFERENT PEOPLE. I STILL DO NOT HAVE AN ANSWER. THEY WILL COME BACK, THEY WILL GET BACK TO ME, NO ANSWER. HOW'S THAT FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE AS CUSTOMERS ARE DOING THEM A FAVOUR BY GIVING THEM AN OPPORTUNITY SERVING US.
