Yet again after numerous complaints to Cell C, I am forced to have my say on Hellopeter to provoke an sufficient network. My first complaint was lodged last year already and I still have NO internet at home. According to the technical department on my reference number: TT1782334.Our networking team has noted congestion on the site serving your area and have requested for the site to be upgraded to alleviate this issues. This is the same answer I received months back. SO WHEN WILL THIS HAPPEN? So where from here? I pay R600 a month and I can't use my phone at home? Secondly, LTE was supposed to be launched ages ago according to Cell C, but I guess they are still busy figuring out 3G? The call centre makes promises hardly kept; you get a mail stating 24 to 72 Hours response. I can tell you now this has never happened, accept when I clicked apply for contract. Another matter relating to an upgrade was also sent yesterday, marked as read and still no answer. Also, my package was supposed to change on 2013-05-01 and none of the changes occurred as per the call centre agents. At this stage my only headache in my life is Cell C. Please get someone capable of handling my queries.
