HelloPeter call locked on 30/6 - standard sorry letter. Promise to call back but didnt. Logged two calls on MTN website. 2363629 no answer. 2375392 L Mosettla asked what the problem was was but every mail send back to him has been send back with a posmaster@mtn error. The call was already locked so there was no reason to send it to him in the first place. On 13/6 there was no answer on the 808 number. Eventually was put through via the 173 number. Thaman_a@mtnloaded ask me to send him the mail. He would forward it to the technical department. No answer yet. On 15/6 I called the 808 number again. Once the phone was put down in my ear. I later spoke to Mpho who confirmed that the supervisor Dumiso will phone me back. No call back yet. I want someone from MTN to CALL me and give me an answer om my original complaint on HelloPeter. Since that complaint my experience of MTN service just got worse as you have no consideration for customer complaints. You try to ignore the problem as long as possible in the hope it will go away. I want to know how MTN is going to convince me to continue any further contract with them.
