I have been making numerous calls to the dstv call centre since the beginning of june to recconect my services as i had jus moved to a new place, i spoke to a lady by the name of Busi who i told that i made payment and she said it does not reflect and asked me to email my proof of payment to the unallocated department and to her supervisor by the name of Carrem, and informed me that they will allocate my payment and everything will be sorted... on the 10th of june they disconnected my services again, had to buy more credit to call again and hold for an agent for 25 minutes, spoke to another lady who assured me that they will allocate my payment and get everything sorted. i then made payment for July on the 29th of june, and on the 7th of july they disconnected my services again, had to buy credit AGAIN to hold for assistance for 15 munites, spoke to a guy by the name of Ntokozo who told me that my account is in arrears, i explained that i made payment and he told me to once again email my pop to the unallocated payments division, i told him i sent it three times already and i refused to send it again.my account is still not updated. Appauling service... imcompetent staff!
