They just cannot get it right!!

I previously reported on Autopage being unable to rectify their error on my account which was met with a very pleasant lady promising to have a credit passed against my account of R3500.00 in order to rectify the mistake made by Autopage. Alas, I got my account today and the credit has not been passed as I was informed!! Better still, my data services has now been disconnected!!!
In all my experience with Autopage since January 2013 has been very frustrating and after being with them for nearly 20 years I am at wits end and seriously considering moving to a new supplier once my contract period runs out.
I give up.
