I have been a loyal vodacom client for the past 10years. My business contract alone per month is never less than R1500 and my prepaid number has been active for the last 8years! A week ago in my attempt to maximise the new promotions I purchased an everyday extra package only to find out the money had been deducted but my option not activated! This week Monday I had purchased the MY5 package, linked my contacts and after my R6 deducted - got a very prompt sms from Vodacom stating that I had just made this purchase, as before with the evryday & it is active and valid until 23.59 that nite! Well, obiviously I started calling my associated contacts but half way thru my 2nd call heard a beep that my airtime was about to run out, yet I had only spoken for collectively 12mins max??? So I cut d call, checked my balance and GUESS WAT!. From my R29.00 recharge, R6 MY5 deduction... I had 38cents left! The MY5 DID NOT APPLY- My normal airtime was being billed while I spoke to my 2 contacts! SO much for talk for free for 60minutes- I am absolutely unhappy with your pathetic offers that only eat away at our money, be rest assured... I shall be looking at changing my number to another network
