MTN CLUELESS

I have been waiting for delivery on my cell phone for 22 days now and still no one has a clue as to why it has not been delivered. I phoned numerous times and all I get is empty promises from them we will phone you ridiculous I have to phone them and even Rtt themselves only to find out the phone has not been signed over to them. Get a clue people or apoint people that can actualy deliver on promises.
