Exceeded my Expectation

I Have has the most refreshing exp from Telkom today. Earlier I had logged a fault for my work phone lines and this was where it all started...

The old way of logging the fault is now a thing of the past...
I was so pleased to have just typed the complained and hit send...
I Got an sms shortly after that...
The problem was resolved in about 3.5 HRS later
Wow Telkom... very nicely done today...
