I'm still waiting on MTN to respond to my original letter dating back to April 2013. No proper feedback or lack of interest still carries on till now. My original complaint till now includes wrong billing/account/service that's bad and no interest from MTN. I will do this every week until this problem is sorted out.
Recently I found out that im getting billed wrongly and im not happy at all.
