I have not paid for pass 2months, contacted them last week said they will debit my account with oustanding amount, called again 22oct to ask y they didn't debit they say it will be done month end, so I aksed to confirm banking details as I changed my account, so they gave me my old acc which is not closed, so if they debit its gonna be overdrawn and I will have to pay that bank fees, so I said I will pay outstanding fees manually if they can cancel debit as its was initiated by them, they refer me bank to my bank, however if I do it at my bank, I will have to pay an stop payment fee which I refuse because I did forward me new acc details to all my creditors who all received it except 8ta.the agent at call centre told me straight there is nothing she can do, I can pay cash but they still gonna dedit and I will still have to pay my bandk fees as well.what kinda customers service are u giving ur cleints if u can't even provide the client with a posibble solution? was told if I pay 10days before debit order date, debit order will cancel, but now its 9days, where as yesterday I was waiting on teamleader to call with feedback but I kept missing call, as I would have paid yesterday.
