Cell C wont cancel a DO and trawl my bank account

Hi
For the last couple of years my pay date is the 27th. That is why i signed a debit order for the 27 on my cell c account. But cell c keeps on deducting on the 5th of every month. I have phoned them and they said they have fixed it. But it still goes off on the wrong date.

Plus they are trawling by bank account. I phoned the bank and the bank said that I must tell them that i must advise them that i do not give them permission to trawl my bank account.

The call enter operator said that they won't stop doing this. When i told her i was going to go to hello peter she said she will reserve her comment at this stage.

Because they do not take off on the right date is something happens in my life and i do not have the money in the account on the 5th then i get charged banking fees. I have now paid them with a debit order and i will cancel my debit deduction with them. And pay them manually.
