Branch NEGLIGENCE on My contract and now I suffer!

Hi

I have been blocked on my data line. I called Mtn and was advised that I am in R2400 debt??? I am horrified as I have always had a 2GB data bundle. I was told that I could not get a report on what is eating the data until my invoice closed on the 20th. I can not accept that as an answer to help me as the customer so I called again. Dwayne has advised me that when I upgraded my HANDSET at Bedford Centre MTN branch they did not include my usual 2GB data bundle. I have find this unacceptable and I cannot accept due to negligence and lack of communication that I now end up with a bill I cannot pay back? I upgraded my phone not the contract!!! So nothing should have changed on the contract???!!! I took out the data bundle to prevent this from happening
Please fix this... I cannot be expected to pay if It is not my error? I have not received any notification regarding this and I am at a loss?

I sent a mail (as I am not allowed to call??? to Customercare at mtn and I still have not had a response! And my invoice billing was due to close on the 29th and guess what??? its the 23rd!!!
