Continuing deducting money from cancelled contract

My previous report stated the people and times I have been in contact with Autopage cellular to stop debiting my cancelled account since May 2013. The nightmare is still continuing. After my complaint, Nelisiwe responded and I had to send all my bank statements proving that my account is still being debited. I sent all the statements again and was refunded for one month only. I was again debited on the 30th September 2013, so emailed again to Nelisiwe who responded by saying I have to send the reference. STOP DEBITING MY ACCOUNT AUTOPAGE AND REFUND ME FOR THE MONTHS OVER DEBITED, JULY, AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER 2013.
