After non delivery of phones after upgrading my contract on 30 April 2013.I lodged a complaint via hellopeter on 14 June.
Nelisiwe did contact me on 19 June. I told her that I was leaving home on 22 June for 3 weeks in Gauteng. On 24 June I received a call that delivery to my home address in the Cape failed (obviously) Delivery at my Gauteng address took place on 26 June. Nelisiwe undertook to arrange for a refund for the extra charges on the new contract debited from my bank account for the 2 months without the phones. I received an account from Autopage with an additional R83.33 admin fee instead of a refund of nearly R100
