My first complaint was send at the end of April 2013 Ref no: PC-ZHQI-2PCGER (1073333), we are fast approaching the end of October 2013
I received a call from a gentlemen who told me that vodacom will come and install a device that will improve my current poor reception.
I was contacted once again to find out if there will be someone at home for investigation and installation of this device. Unfortunately it rained during the proposed date and time which was about 3 months ago, and the last contact with Vodacom. The wife and myself have send numerous e mails to Leslie Abels without any reply. Thank you.
