Pathetic Service - Yet Again!!!

Pathetic Service! Again!!!

1) Six years with Virgin and all I got was an unheard of Galaxy Fame as an upgrade!!!
2) Had to pick up the phone from the couriers personally!!!
3) Was given a defective cell phone from the supplier themselves
4) After Hello Peter complaint, phone was handed for repairs on 15-10-2013, confirmation of repairs queue
5) Only received on 22-10-2013 Ref: ALM136912 that the quote for repairs is R 4903.65?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

In other words I am supposed to pay almost R5 000 for the repairs of a supplier defective phone which I had for just over 2 weeks before the complaint??? Might as well buy myself a brand new phone for the price of the exorbitant repair costs??!??! Absolutely pathetic!!!
Please return my phone so that I can cancel my USELESS Virgin mobile contract and change to another service provider who actually does care for the customer and his needs!!!

Cant believe such an international name brand is so "messed" up!
