A device was ordered online but is faulty and the deal was cancelled. Waiting since 13/09/2013 for RAM/Vodacom to collect device from me. This is a 2nd Hello Peter complaint and after numerous phone calls/emails to vodacom still no luck. Vodacom responded with one phone call and the same storey: RAM couriers does not have my number. Just wish I can resolve this!!! Cannot take this anymore.
