ONCE AGAIN, I GET NO CALL BACK FROM MTN!!!

I called once again, let's rather say... this is the 6th or 7th call regarding the same matter.
When i decided to get some mobile option of internet, being already a customer with MTN, i decided to apply online for a 2GB dongle. This was a special MTN had going. Now this is where the story gets interesting. I do recall speaking with the sales rep on a phone call after my online application, and asked her, what happens if i finish the 2GB of internet for the month... Do i get billed extra? her reply was in the lines of, .. "No, you will go recharge with more data if that happens". Now to my surprise i have been billed more than the R149 special for 2 gigs (try R1200 or R1400) which should be topped up if i reach the 2GB... Well yes, a perfect example of been taken for a ride. I have requested several times that the supervisor or customer service people call me back and nothing till today... I would like for someone that actually has any interest in customer service to please give me a call back. Oh... and before i forget, I have moved over to Vodacom both of my phones and soon will do with a few more. Time someone actually gets some work done and replies to customer complaints.
