I find it highly irritating that only when I bought 5 gigs of data that the Network doesn't allow me to use the data. When I buy the normal "special" that they advertise, my network works fine. I actually discovered that its not really special buying that's gigs of data because you end up wasting the 1 gig which they say is free but you can only use it after hours and by that time I'm asleep. So I decided to buy 5 gigs because it made more sense because I always ended up buying the "special" more than once or twice a month. Now I can't even use the data. It just hangs and I have to restart my device continuous. Its so frustrating. I think this is so from 8ta's part. Its bad service its a really bad customer experience. I want my money back. Even when I signed or tried to sighn up with them I struggled for over a month with their call centre as the number they gave me they assigned to another person so I had to struggled and spend endless amount of airtime trying to contact them and get really bad attitude and service from their call centre agents. I want my money back as I spent it on buying data but now can't use it when I really have to and want to. Its annoying
