My Cell C account was debited twice in August, bank statements has being sent to Mbongeni Ntshangase from the Escalated Queries Department which shows black on white that the account was indeed debited twice, he forwarded my bank statements to the accounts department for review, this problem is still not resolved and my Cell C account is a mess. I sent various emails to Mbongeni to ask for the progress on my query but i don't get any reply from him.

Does it really take weeks and weeks to sort out accounting problems at Cell C? I'm now really fedup and soon my phones services will be suspended again!
