Complaint still not sorted out!!!

My account was debited twice in August, i've spoken to various people, Sonti, Fatima, Judith, Faith, Moseng, Anisa, to 6 people and my problem is still not sorted out! Today is the 1st of November, how many months is it still going to take and how many more people to try get this account sorted out!!

I am really really really fedup with this! Aren't the people educated enough to sort out accounting problems?
