On 08/10/2013 my 10y/o daughter enters my cell no. on the internet for the r6 a day subscription. My cell is off and charging so I do not realise this. The following morning when I swith on my phone I get a sms sayinh I'm subscribed to mobilenobo at R6 a day and says I must reply stop to 40477 to unsubscribe. I do this twice. A month later I get a sms saying I'm subscribed to mobilenobo. I contact Anzelle Robertson and Felicity Moloi and get told that they did not receive the stop sms's and the pin sms'ed to me was entered on the website. This could not be as my cell was off and charging. I also have a log of all the sms's between my number and 40477. Anzelle Robertson says it could have been a technical error but in good will would like to refund me just the amounts actually deducted from my account. Not acceptable.
