18 days still no sim card delivered

On the 21st of August I applied online for a phone (iphone 4) which was supposed to have been delivered the next day as per advertisement. I only received it on the 23rd and it came with a wrong replacement sim card as the phone only takes a micro sim. I called Vodacom's contact centre immediately and after explaining about the receipt of a wrong sim card I was told that a new one has been order and I should receive it the following week of which was between the 26/08/2013 to 30/08/2013. On the Friday I still hadn't received the sim and I called to my surprise the consultant told me that there was no new sim card ordered to be delivered to me and she said she was placing in another order sometime between the 2nd to the 6th of Sep to this day I still haven't received my micro sim. I'm very unhappy with this kind of service that I'm receiving from Vodacom after having been a loyal customer for years.
