Vodacom is just not showing any interest in helping me with my complaint since 15 August. Again i have been billed for an amount i never agreed upon. They just call me and then it is the same story. I give them my details, they say they have escalated the matter but then nothing is being done. this seems to be the only thing they doing and it has gone on now since August. I have now requested a copy of my recorded telephonic conversation i had with the sales consultant when i agreed on the package. I had to go through the whole process again giving them all my details. This is ridiculous. Then i asked for a direct number to that department. They said i can't because their is no direct number. Please Vodacom don't call me to say you have escalated the matter. VODACOM!!
