3 Weeks and NO Resolve!

After lodging a complaint on this platform, Vodacom called me the following day to assure me that this matter has been escalated and that I would receive a call the following day to resolve this matter.

The complaint was lodged on the 22 of July and is now the 12th of August.

All I want is to have a "pay-as-you-go" setup. Please Vodacom, sort this out.
