After my first complaint about MTN in December i was contacted by Mantoa Morusi. I provided her with all the requested information and she advise that she would be able to give me feedback by 24th December 2012. It is now more than a month later (29th January 2013) and after 2 emails requesting an update i have had no response from Ms Morusi. I have tried to contact her several times since 22 January as I was on leave prior to that and my calls have all gone unanswered. My complaint still remains unresolved and undoubtedly this has affected my credit record. I would appreciate some response from MTN as none has been forthcoming and I would like to have this matter resolved and my record cleared. I didn't think that this situation could get any worse, but clearly I was wrong.
