I moved recently and phoned telkom to ask them to move my phone and dsl line for me, I was told that I was a valued customer and that my line and dsl would be moved free of charge. Of course I struggled with these imbeciles for a month being told one after the other why they couldn't install a dsl line in my new place of residence, but finally they came to do it. So now I get my very first bill from them and, WOW WHAT A SURPRISE, I was to again. My line was installed on the 20th of September and my bill is almost R1700. And the ''free'' installation is costing me R655. Thanks a lot. I pray we get another decent service provider in this country soon so not only me, but all the other customers you people miss treat and thieve off of can jump ship and maybe you'll learn to value your customers. And train your extremely rude call centre staff. Danny who answered my call at 8:15am 22/10/2013 needs her attitude adjusted and realise she's there to help politely and stop off customers with her ugly attitude. You not doing us a favour we pay for our service and deserve to be treated with respect.
