No Service and No way to solve the problem

In January 2013 I moved out of my Vorna Valley Home where I had a Telkom line with ADSL installed. I was advised that when I move, Telkom would do the move for free and I would get a free wireless handset. Well I moved to Kyalami, 3.5km away, in an upper class residential area. I was advised by Telkom that they did not have the infrastructure available in that area to move my line. I advised that they should therfore cancel my account with them and I would find another solution. I stopped paying my bill in April, as I had no service since January. I have had no feedback, no assistance and no word from Telkom other than a monthly call from their legal department to ask when I am going to pay my account. When I explain for the umpteenth time what the situation is they always advise they they will investigate and get back to me. The next time I hear from them is the following month when they ask why I am not paying my account. If I am ever to get a Telkom line they will probably not connect it untill I pay my old account, which will be in the thousands by then. Please pray tell what am I to do??? I still have no service and a growing bill - 7 months down the line.
