Telkom Services are Terrible!

We have tried since June 2013 to do a change of ownership on the telephone line of which included cancelation of the adsl services, up to date nothing has been done and on top of that we are paying huge amounts for a line that is primeraly used for incoming calls and we have no idea how a telkom bill looks like because we do not recieve anything, only after a big fight and numerous calls do we get one consultant that is willing to send us a statement via mail. When we ask to speak to someone that is authorized to assist us we get put on hold, cut off or we wait again just to go through to another consultant. We are situated in a area where the nearest branch is 2 hours drive that is mainly why we requested someone to help us electronically but even if you fax or email all your inquiries or details no one responds. When we dispute the payments our line is cut off with no notice for sometimes up to 3 days where we have a loss of income because we are a fast food business who relies on incoming calls. I have asked for the head office number of which no consultant gives us and no managers exist when we call please can someone help us.
