Billed R854.00 by Axxess and throttled at 29 KB/S

I am paying R854.00 (and have just been debited yesterday) to Axxess for a 10mb uncapped line. I have only watched about 10 youtube videos last night before bed during this billing period and have been throttled to 29 KB/s.

Last month I used about 80gb of data on my 10mb line and spend most of last month throttled.

Their argument is that if you are above the average usage threshold you are throttled. Now, my dear inept Axxess ADSL supplier, if you continually throttle everyone ABOVE the AVERAGE adsl usage then you will be continually pushing down the average! Do you not have the ability to understand simple maths?

If there are 10 users on a 10mb line and 9 of them just use Gmail then the other person who watches youtube will be FAR above the AVERAGE usage and will be throttled to below that of simple Gmail browsing.

How does this even make sense? I know many users who download significantly more than 80gb on a 2mb line!!! They even download over 300gb a month!

Axxess is completely inept and useless at what they do and I will be moving all of my lines and accounts away from them if this continues!
