Cancelling my orde

On Sunday 13 Oktober I applied for a new contract. On Monday I received a message that the application was approved and that I should expect a call within 48 hours. After 48 hrs I had to phone them to hear what was going on then they told me that the phone was dispatched. That afternoon I phoned again and that person told me there was a failed delivery and that I should expect delivery soon. I emailed them asking about the delivery and on Friday received a callback, I was told that the address was wrong and my correct address was confirmed. I was told that the handset would be delivered on Monday (21 Okt). That is today and I haven't received anything. Please cancel my contract, I want to take my business somewhere else.
