BAD SERVICE

Last week I went to the shop to apply for a cell phone and the lady was very nice to me, so she said I must leave then in about 2 days time they will call me and tell me if my application is successful

So following day my husband phoned me to say the was a guy who was very rude who phoned and ask who he was then he even where he was phoning from. After 2 hours I received a call from a guy his Name is Sam am not even sure if that is his real name but he is a Xhosa guy, I was so disgusted with his attitude he said to me he called my husband and continue asking where my husband is from I told him his from Congo he said to me is there's no wives in Congo he should have stayed and married there.

So he said to me he wants to speak to my manager and I went to ask if she was available when I came back to transfer he already hung up, am really disappointed and I feel that I was treated very bad, if this matter is not addressed how many people will he go on to offend.
