Bad service with a very bad attitude

My husband and myself went to telkom to apply for a data stick. We had all the necessary paperwork available, the man that helped started off helpful and said he would contact us within 24 hours to advise us if our contract had been approved. About 15-20 minutes later i got a phone call saying my contract had been approved and i was asked to come back, which i did as i was still close by. After returning to telkom the same salesman started asking me questions and then told me that its not approved and that i should wait until the next day and he would let me know. So we waited and waited for 2 days. My husband then phoned them and after waiting on the line for quite some time the "very helpful" lady told him quite rudely she is busy and that he must phone back another time. So we carried on waiting, almost 6 days later, they eventually contacted me to let me know that it has been approved... Halelujah!! Upon collecting my data stick my husband was treated like trash, they were very rude to him. If you had done your job properly the first time maybe we wouldnt have to phone you to find out whats happening. Its called customer service and thats one thing all of you lack!
