Rude phone call on a Sunday afternoon

A consultant at the Edcon Customer Services Call centre phoned my husband yesterday @ 13h00 to speak to me, his wife. When he wanted to know the reason for the phone call which was after hours and on a Sunday the consultant named Themba responded in a very rude and unprofessional manner that it does not have anything to do with my husband, he'll speak to me. (who was sleeping with my 19 month old boy). He also told my husband that he can phone me whenever he pleases and that he must shove his business hours. Themba refused to transfer my husband to his manager or to tell him who his manager is, clearly realising his bad attitude and the situation he created. I do not appreciate being phoned on a Sunday and being treated like that. I phoned the call centre afterwards and they confirmed that my account is paid up to date and that they are not aware of the reference number E6229736 which Themba gave my husband. I just want to get it out there that it does not put Edcon in a good light and that they should train their consultants to speak to the client with a good manner and respect.
