Just received my husband account for his mobile device of R859.24 which is ridiculous high, we never had such a big account. When I have phone Autopage to asked, where on earth did we used his mobile so much for this amount, and she has answered - the content sms'e SMARTCALL TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS - gave me the number to call to get more info - well I landed up with the lady Chevonne by the call centre and asked, we need a refund on this amount of which my husband been charged for this service he never been used. She looked into the system, and said sorry we cant refund him, his has used it on the 2e of Dec and never stop it... Asked her if I can speak to the supervisor, and said, she is on leave until JUNE - nice holiday from Feb I would say - anyways, she gave me the complain email which I have done as well. Phoned my husband, and said, he never has used this service, as his phone is very slow to download, ect... Now - we would like a refund ASAP - this is definitely not on!!!
