MM6 error message

This weekend I could not use my cell due to a MM6 error message. I called and was first asked to speak to the technical helpdesk. (Why I do not know) After phoning again, I was informed that my phone was blacklisted. I did not request this. However I did request this on the 1st of September after my phone was. After a good Samaritan gave me my phone back, I completed the necessary Police forms and my phone was unblocked and was charges a reconnection fee of R100. The consultant helping me on Saturday informed me that my phone is still blacklisted and there is no guarantee that the phone will be blocked or unblocked on the date when requested and that the blacklisting department does not work on weekends. I have to complete the forms to unblock the phone again. It seem to me the only guarantee I have is that Cell C does not deliver any service. I pay for this service and does not get it for free!!!
