We are battling to get an itemised billing from Vodacom that we need for a case BUT they are putting you through from the one person to the other.
They told us to fax a letter asking for the detail with an email address and ID copy. We did so and received a sms saying this will take 1 day.
This is 4 days and nothing was emailed.
Phoning this morning it was the same ritual, from one person to the other and no one can help us, although they can see the fax came through.
This is unacceptable and very disappointing from Vodacom!
