Cell phones damaged

I am really devastated after the bad service I have received from Vodacom. My 2 cell phones got damaged after using a mini sim card adapter. Vodacom sells these adapters. I paid R80 for my cell phones to be damaged! How can you do this? I have had many contracts with Vodacom but if this is the service that I will get, then I will not renew my contracts with them. It just leaves such a bad taste in my mouth. Once again we are ripped off in South Africa. I can't believe it!
