Cell C
What else could I expect

Was called last year to be offered 2 cell C contracts and phones and accepted the offer after usually turning down all of these as i am happy with Vodacom.
Well well well. Should have stuck to my guns.

The Samsung Y Pro that I received is damaged. I went to Cell C now after I called them on Monday and was advised to go into the shop with the phone.
went there and was told that the damage is due to corrosion. The phone is just over a year old and I have had many different phones over the years and never have I needed to replace a phone myself nor did I have a phone break on me and now when it happens with a contract and company I did not even source myself, I no longer wonder why I usually decline all telephonic offers from service providers.

The phone doesnt turn on and when we remove the battery it looks like something melted in the phone!!

I will never EVER again choose a contract with cell c.
