Two cell phones damaged by mini sim adapte

2 months ago my 2 cell phones were damaged by a mini sim adapter which vodacom sells. I have tried numerous times to explain that there is physical damage but they are refusing to honor the warranty. Yesterday I went to collect my phones as I have rejected he quotes for repairs. The Samsung Wave quote was R585 and the Blackberry was R3000 for a replacement. I have a private repair person who can repair these phones for a fraction of the cost. Now I have to pay R57 for the quote for the samsung. I accept that because it is not under warranty, but WHY must I also pay R57 for the Blackberry which is under warranty. These phones were damaged by junk that YOU sell! I have been a customer for more than 20 years and believe I should be treated a little better. I will most certainly not be renewing my contracts which expire early next year. Please don't bother calling me! I have had enough of your excuses!
