Chase staff away

I can not believe that MTN still have this supervisor. When the staff is busy with a customer she will keep on interrupt him to do something for her (she can not do anything for herself as she does not have any hands). The customer tells her but can't you see she is busy with a customer. She then tell the customer to keep "shuddap". How can a supervisor talk to a customer and her staff like that. Today she chased one of her staff members out of the shop because of a shirt. Does this woman know anything about the "labour law" and how to deal with people. I don't think so. If you look at all the complaints and the whole of MTN knows how rude is and she is a "supervisor". One thing is for sure MTN does not care about there white staff or there customers. That is why I am not with MTN. That is the reason why I left MTN. I have 4 Vodacom contracts and they look after me. MTN STAFF DOES NOT CARE AT ALL AS WELL AS THERE HEADOFFICE. Even if you complain with MTN and they respond back you can not contact them regarding the response as the contact details does not excist. I will be contacting the local news paper as well for a nice story
